How to Install a ModPack on your Minecraft Server
Modpacks bundle together multiple mods to create a unified gaming experience, often built around a particular theme or gameplay style. They make it easier to customize your Minecraft server and enhance gameplay without managing each mod individually. Some popular modpacks include Feed The Beast (FTB), SkyFactory, Pixelmon, and RLCraft – each offering unique adventures and challenges.
You can install a modpack on your Nexus Minecraft server in just a few minutes. Follow this simple step-by-step guide to learn how:
Log in to your Nexus Hosting Account.

Once on the dashboard, find and select your intended Minecraft server.

From the sidebar, click the More button (three ellipses) and then select Modpack.

This will open the Modpack Catalog. Here, you’ll find modpacks from six different sources ( ATLauncher, CurseForge, Feed the Beast, Modrinth, Technic, and Voids Wrath). You can narrow down the list by picking a provider from the drop-down menu.
If you don’t know exactly what modpack you want to install, you can also use keywords related to the kind of features you are looking for.
Note: We highly recommend backing up your existing server anytime you are installing new mods or modpacks.

When you find the modpack you want, click the download symbol on the right side.

This opens a pop-up window where you can pick the modpack version you prefer. You also have the option to clear out all current files from your server before installing, which is helpful if you're looking to start fresh.
After making your choices, click Install modpack.

Simply return to the Terminal page to restart your server and you are now ready to explore your new modpack!
