How to Reset the Nether or End Dimensions on Your Minecraft Server
Minecraft’s Nether and End dimensions offer tons of adventure, rare resources, and dangerous enemies, but every now and then, a fresh start is exactly what your server needs. Maybe you want new structures to explore, more resources to mine, or just a fresh challenge to keep things exciting. Resetting these dimensions is a quick way to shake things up and only takes a few minutes.
Log in to your Nexus Hosting Account.

Once on the dashboard, find and select your intended Minecraft server.

Before making any changes, stop the server to avoid potential data issues. On the Terminal page, click the red Stop button.

Before you reset these dimensions, you should back up your server. Click the Backup icon from the sidebar. Then select the three ellipses on the backup of your choice and click Download. Save the back up on your device, somewhere you can easily locate it.
If you haven’t made any backups yet, please see our article on Automatic Backups to learn how to get started.

Now, click Files from the sidebar. Locate and select the primary world folder – it’s usually just called world. This folder contains your main overworld as well as the Nether and End dimensions.

Inside the main world folder, you'll see subfolders labeled:
DIM-1 (The Nether)
DIM1 (The End)
To reset a dimension, simply select the check box for the folder, then click the trash can icon in the bottom right to delete it. Confirm the deletion when prompted.

If you'd like a simpler method, you can click More (the ellipses in the sidebar) and then select Worlds from the pop-up menu. At the top, you'll see all of your worlds (and dimensions) listed. To reset one, just click the trash can icon.

Once you've deleted the folder for the dimension you wish to reset, restart your Minecraft server from the control panel by clicking the green Start button.
